RETURN & EXCHANGES
OUR POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Aloe Scarves. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you, contact us via email (aloescarves@gmail.com) or Whatsapp (+6019-2266737) within 7 days & we'll figure out a solution for you. Must be in its original condition & packaging. Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. It will take approximately 10 working days to process your request. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank via bank transfer. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account. However, we reserve all rights to reject any returns and refunds even with met conditions.
Please note that Aloe is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will only be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any custom fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
